In 2021, we launched our Equality Initiative to accelerate the growth of our Partner Ecosystem by building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that reflects the communities in which we live and do business . To progress our efforts to deliver on that commitment, we go beyond programs that identify, hire, and train talent . We extend our efforts to make investments that transform the marketplace with opportunities and resources for a new generation of diverse entrepreneurs . Doing so, empowers them to start and build businesses, which, in turn, allows them to hire newly upskilled talent . This creates an economic pipeline that helps enrich the underrepresented communities we are working to impact .
