2023 SALESFORCE PARTNER ECOSYSTEM EQUALITY REPORT 10 05 Driving transparency & accountability Transparency and accountability are key to honoring our commitment to build an equitable, inclusive and diverse ecosystem . We set ambitious goals to work toward, and we continually review our progress to keep us moving forward . We take a purpose-led and data-driven approach to ensuring the success of our programs . We leverage insights gained from surveys and data to help us understand our program reach and effectiveness . For example, based on our end of year Talent Alliance Diversity Survey, we learned that employers who had pledged to work with Talent Alliance candidates reported that 27% of the hires they made globally in 2022 came from ethnically and/or racially underrepresented groups in technology, 38% of which were women .
