2023 SALESFORCE PARTNER ECOSYSTEM EQUALITY REPORT 10 05 Driving transparency & accountability Transparency and accountability are key to honoring our commitment to build an equitable, inclusive and diverse ecosystem . We set ambitious goals to work toward, and we continually review our progress to keep us moving forward . We take a purpose-led and data-driven approach to ensuring the success of our programs . We leverage insights gained from surveys and data to help us understand our program reach and effectiveness . For example, based on our end of year Talent Alliance Diversity Survey, we learned that employers who had pledged to work with Talent Alliance candidates reported that 27% of the hires they made globally in 2022 came from ethnically and/or racially underrepresented groups in technology, 38% of which were women . We gain valuable input on marketplace dynamics from the Salesforce Ecosystem Equality Partner Advisory Board, which brings together an exclusive group of Salesforce partners who help shape programs and strategic initiatives that will accelerate the growth of the Salesforce ecosystem through diversity, equity, and inclusion .
